ARES TRAFO coil winding factory consists of a total  4000 𝑚2, 3500 𝑚2 are covered areas. There are 3 halls in total, including MPT winding machines, test-dispatch areas, warehouse areas and the active part assembly area. We can do coil winding up to 90 MVA with 5 horizontal machines and 1 vertical winding machine .

• Coil winding can be made with a building length of 2400 mm.
• If necessary, 24 spools can be attached and winding can be done.
• Coil winding up to 2500 mm diameter can be made.

12 conductors can be attached and winding can be done

• Production of 60 coils (20 transformers) per month for powers between 5-30 MVA.
• Production of 60 pieces (20 transformers) coils per month at powers between 30-90 MVA.
• Production of 180-240 pieces (60-80 transformer) coils per week up to 50 kVA-2 MVA.
• Production of 60 coils (20 transformers) per week at powers between 2-5 MVA.

We can also do Active part assembly  as request with coils.
